DRIVE WITH RIGHTS
Fighting for fairness, flexibility, and a better future for drivers.
About TNWA 150
At Transportation Network Workers Association (TNWA) 150, we believe that every transportation network driver deserves fair pay, strong protections, and the ability to work with dignity. We are committed to improving working conditions for rideshare drivers in Illinois by advocating for better wages, benefits, and protections—all while preserving the flexibility that makes driving such a valuable career.

Our Union History
TWNA 150 is proudly affiliated with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) Local 150 that has been strengthening workers’ rights for over 127 years. We come from a history of protecting workers, negotiating fair wages, and ensuring safe working conditions in industries across the country. Now, we’re bringing that same strength to rideshare drivers—because the gig economy shouldn’t mean second-class treatment.
Labor has always been the foundation of our economy, and the transportation network industry is no different. Drivers keep our cities moving, and it’s time they get the protections, pay, and benefits they deserve.
